Getting an EV

The charger goes in the garage. So does the car.

The One-Day Garage Reset

Three companies and three weekends, or one crew and one day.

Most people would hire this out in pieces: an organizer by the hour, a junk hauler, then a weekend at the hardware store. Here's what that runs in the Bay Area, next to us.

"Hire it out" uses typical 2026 rates: professional organizers ($70–120/hr per person), full-truck junk removal ($600–800), and Home Depot retail for heavy-duty steel shelving (~$200–250 per unit), lidded bins and bike hooks. Your garage may differ. Your quote won't change once it's set.

What we guarantee

Our promises, in writing.

Your space works, or we come back free.

Park the car, fit the gym, set up the office, clear the floor: whatever we planned together in your quote. If it's not there when we leave, we come back until it is, at no charge.

Your price is locked.

No hourly meter. Nothing is added on the day without your OK.

Nothing leaves without your OK.

Every sell, donate and haul pile gets your sign-off first. Nothing sentimental disappears.

Meet the founder

I'm Brandon. I'll be in your garage.

Read my story

I grew up in Fremont and moved to Livermore in the early 2000s, and I've watched this town grow and blossom ever since. It's where Lucy and I are raising our son and daughter. When we can get away, you'll find us up in Tahoe.

Park It Again started in the garages of people I love. Family and friends kept hitting the same wall: a garage so full they couldn't use it, and no idea what to do with everything in it. I pitched in, sorted it, sold what was worth selling, and helped them get the car back inside. Every time, it changed how their home felt.

So I started wondering who else I could help. I love helping people, I like a job done right, and yes, I'd like to build a good local business doing it.

My promise: I'm on every job. Not a franchise, not a call center. When you book Park It Again, you get me.

Too many garages turn into the biggest storage unit in the house: dead space you pay for and never use. I started Park It Again to change that, and to turn those rooms back into space people actually live in.

Less dead space. More home.

Good to know

What if…

What if it's really bad?

Good. That's the job. Send a photo and we'll price it honestly. Truly packed garages may need a second day, and you'll know that before you book.

What if I can't decide what to keep?

That's what the 30 minutes is for. We hold each item up, you say keep, sell, donate or toss, and we move fast. Sentimental stuff gets its own pile to decide later.

What if there's stuff I'm embarrassed about?

We've seen worse. Promise. Nobody's judging, and nothing leaves your garage without your OK.

Do I need to be home all day?

No. Be there for the first hour or so to make keep-or-go calls. Most people head out and come back to a finished garage.

When do I pay, and can I cancel?

A $50 deposit holds your date and is credited to your bill. The balance is due after the end-of-day walkthrough, by card, Zelle or check. Reschedule for free, or get the full deposit back, up to 48 hours before your date.

How does fall pricing work?

Book a 2-car Reset by Nov 30 and it's $1,695 instead of $2,195. That's $500 off, whatever add-ons your garage needs. The 1-car Quick Reset is $995.

What if I guess the number of boxes wrong?

No problem. The estimate is a starting point. We check it against your photo and text you a locked price before you book. The only time we'd re-quote is if there's far more than the photo showed, and we'd tell you before we start, never after.

Can you take mattresses, TVs and appliances?

Yes. They're listed add-ons ($30–75 each) because they go to special recyclers, not the regular dump. Paint and chemicals we set aside and label, with directions to the nearest free county drop-off.

Can you just sell a few things, without a cleanout?

Yes. Sell-only pickup is $99 for 3 or more items worth about $25 or more each. We pick them up, list them, handle every buyer, and you keep 65%, paid weekly. Same floor-price rule: nothing sells below the minimum you set.

What about my papers and photos?

They're never sold or thrown out. Documents with your information are set aside for you, or shredded only with your OK.

Are you insured?

Our general liability coverage starts in November, before our first booked jobs. We'll email you a copy of the certificate ahead of your job day.

Build your estimate. Send one photo.

Takes about a minute, and only your name, phone and city are required. We'll text you a locked price, usually the same day.
