Park It Again is a garage clean-out and organization business based in Livermore, California. This page explains what we collect when you use parkitagain.com or contact us, and what we do with it. Short version: we use your information to quote and do your job, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, mobile number, city, the details you pick in the estimate (garage size, boxes, big items, what's in the boxes), your occasion, and any photo of your garage.
- Messages: texts, calls, voicemails and emails you send us.
- Visit information: pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you here, and basic device and browser details, collected through cookies and similar tools described below.
How we use it
- To prepare your estimate, text you a price, schedule your job and do the work.
- To follow up about your quote or job, including by text message.
- To understand which ads and pages work so we can improve them.
- To keep business records, such as donation receipts and sale credits.
Text messages
If you send us your number, you agree that we can text you about your quote and job. These are not marketing blasts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. We don't share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure visits and form submissions from our ads and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. Meta may collect information from your browser for this, under Meta's privacy policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our site, through heat maps and session replays (for example, how far people scroll and which buttons they tap). Clarity hides what you type into form fields. Microsoft may use this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, and only what they need:
- Website hosting and our secure database (Vercel, Supabase), which store your request and photo.
- Email and phone services (such as Resend and Google Voice) that deliver our messages.
- Meta, for ad measurement as described above.
- Microsoft Clarity, for site usage analytics as described above.
- Anyone we're required to share with by law.
When we sell items for you through Junk-to-Cash, buyers deal with us. We don't give them your name, address or phone number.
Your garage photos
Photos you send are stored privately and used to price and plan your job. We'll ask your permission before using any photo of your garage in our marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for up to two years, and job records as long as needed for taxes and business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or ask us to stop texting you. Email team@parkitagain.com or text (925) 240-3382, and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on their own homes. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
